2012 CSA Pricing and Membership Information

CSA Web Registration opens January 1, 2012.

 Our CSA shares begins April/May and ends in mid-December (30-36 weeks). We are currently offering many different share types. Shares are reserved weekly on our Website. If you have questions not addressed on our FAQ Page , please email me at farmerlarry@goodlifefarm.com

1. 2012 Full Season  - $910

• 30 to 36 shares - Weather depending.
• Includes $40 membership fee.
• Weekly web reservation for pickup required.
• PAYMENT: 1 payment of $455 due with membership agreement.
• PAYMENT: 1 payment of $455 due May 15th, 2012.
• Home Delivery Available for an additional $15/share.*

2. 2012 Select-A-Week 25 shares - $790

• 25 Share Season.
• Includes $40 membership fee.
• Weekly web reservation for pickup required.
• You choose the weeks via web reservation.
• Additional weeks may be purchased.
• PAYMENT: 1 payment of $395 due with membership agreement.
• PAYMENT: 1 payment of $395 due May 15th,2012.
• Home Delivery Available for an additional $15/share.*

3. 2012 Select-A-Week 15 shares - $535

• 15 Share Season.
• Includes $40 membership fee.
• Weekly web reservation for pickup required.
• You choose the weeks via web reservation.
• Additional weeks may be purchased.
• PAYMENT: 1 payment of $535 due with membership agreement.
• Home Delivery Available for an additional $15/share.*

4. 2012 Select-A-Week 10 shares - $380

• 10 Share Season.
• Includes $40 membership fee.
• Weekly web reservation for pickup required.
• You choose the weeks via web reservation.
• Additional weeks may be purchased.
• PAYMENT: 1 payment of $380 due with membership agreement.
• Home Delivery Available for an additional $15/share.*

5. 2012 Select-A-Week 5 shares - $215

• 5 Share Season.
• Includes $40 membership fee.
• Weekly web reservation for pickup required.
• You choose the weeks via web reservation.
• Additional weeks may be purchased.
• PAYMENT: 1 payment of $215 due with membership agreement.
• Home Delivery Available for an additional $15/share.*

6. 2012 CSA "Sampler" 3 shares - $175

• Includes $40 membership fee.
• Weekly web reservation for pickup required.
• Includes Farm Tour for 4 people & CSA container.
• Shares & tour must be completed by June 1, 2010.
• Limit 1 per family/person/household.
• PAYMENT: 1 payment of $175 due with membership agreement.
• Home Delivery Available for an additional $15/share.*

7. 2012 CSA "Sampler" 1 share - $85

• Includes $40 membership fee
• Weekly web reservation for share pickup required.
• Includes Farm Tour for 4 people & CSA container.
• Shares & tour must be completed by June 1, 2012.
• Limit 1 per family/person/household.
• PAYMENT: 1 payment of $85 due with membership agreement.
• Home Delivery Available for an additional $15/share.*

Some weekly portions may be smaller than usual, due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control. As a CSA member, you agree to share in that risk. Read the FAQs for more detail.

Share purchase is not refundable, but is transferable with our approval. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time for any reason.

Members agree to the following: I agree that I am solely liable for my actions and the actions of my dependants, companions or guests while entered upon lands or market booths managed by Good Life Farm. Furthermore, I unconditionally do hold harmless Good Life Farm, Farmer Lawrence Ledgard, his family, and his employees and assigns for any and all accidental loss of any type that may occur while I am a guest on farm or at market. While on farm I unconditionally agree to follow all directions, rules and requirements as explained by Good Life Farm representatives. I further agree to respect and nurture all plant life on the farm. I understand that I am entering a working agricultural environment with all its potential dangers. I understand that I will be expected to leave the premises promptly if asked to do so and agree to this in advance. Purchase of a single share or any item at our farm stand signifies agreement with our CSA terms and conditions.
